AI-native systems · Prime contractor
From something you can demo to something people use every day.
We take the whole chain — discovery, architecture, build, evaluation, go-live and long-term operations — under one contract and one point of contact. Scope, schedule, interfaces, function and warranty are ours, and they are written into the contract.

How we work
Four commitments that go into the contract
Each one came out of a question a real client pressed us on.
Draw the boundaries before pitching the solution
An industrial intelligence system is usually three layers of different engineering disciplines, with different qualifications and different liability. Before we quote, we write down who builds which layer, to what standard, and who answers when something goes wrong — above all for process safety on hazardous plant.
Architecture & responsibility note V1.0
If it can't answer, it doesn't guess
A keyword bot fails the moment someone rephrases. We build the full loop: content governance → cited answers → calibrated routing → fallback to a human → continuous tuning. Every answer points back to the source; low support means an explicit refusal and a handover. High-consequence questions are 100% human — a list the client may extend but never shorten.
"Digital Dojo"
It isn't deployable until it passes review
Most projects stall on governance, not on models. We use architecture so cross-border transfer never happens. Acceptance is written so it can be adjudicated, with the client's four options agreed in advance if we miss — including stopping and paying only for what was accepted.

The system belongs to you
Data and account ownership sit with the client from day one; on settlement of each phase we hand over source code, database and deployment documentation. Mainstream stack, standard interfaces, any qualified team can take it on. You are buying a system you can hand to someone else at any time.

Who we serve
Four kinds of client, one platform underneath
The industries differ; the bottleneck rarely does — years of knowledge scattered across systems, the same questions asked again and again, and a set of cases where a wrong answer is expensive.
New energy & process manufacturing
Capture the veteran operator's judgement in software: setpoint decisions at the optimisation layer, process-to-property models, electron-microscopy quantification, industry intelligence agents, and a web system managers can actually read.

Rules spread across a dozen pages, converged into one answer that can be cited and audited; one platform carrying many faculty instances, with student data that never leaves the country.

MedLoop: the clinician sets the plan, AI runs it day to day, and only what needs clinical judgement comes back to the doctor.

MedLoop: clinician-led care management after the visit
The visit ends; management is only starting. MedLoop turns the care plan a clinician has confirmed into daily tasks, reminders and answers the patient can actually complete, structures self-reports, scales, adherence and device data, and sends only the exceptions into the clinician's queue.

Start with one conversation about the case
If you have a specific case — one production line, one faculty, one department, one clinical pathway — we'll do a feasibility conversation at no charge and tell you whether it's worth building.
